Samuel G. Kooritzky, was recently convicted of LCA fraud. Maqsood Mir
and Mohammad Bajwa were convicted of similar crimes. Why are so many of
these crooks in Virginia?

(Greenbelt) - A Potomac immigration lawyer and a Virginia businessman
were indicted on charges of conspiring to commit immigration and labor
fraud.
A federal grand jury indicted Potamac lawyer Maqsood Mir, 50, and
businessman Mohammad Bajwa, 37, of conspiring to submit false visa
applications.
Prosecutors say Mir used some names of his clients as sponsors for
unknown aliens while Bajwa allowed Mir to use his business as a sponsor
for aliens that never planned to work there.
The men face five years in prision each on the conspiracy charges and
ten years on the document fraud charges.
