Eshoo denies that companies have a bias against American workers and
cites the DOL hearing against Sun Microsystems. That's a poor example
since Guy Santiglia, the complainant, is still appealing DOL's kangaroo
court decision in favor of Sun. The DOL decision doesn't exonerate
companies like Sun that routinely discriminate based on national
origin.
