JOB DESTRUCTION NEWSLETTER
by Rob Sanchez
July 23, 2005 No. 1296

If you haven't been receiving newsletters lately it might be because
your ISP has put my mail server on a spam list. Here is a list of the
dates of newsletters that have been published recently:

7/23/2005 - Dear H-1B Candidate, Send us your Resume
7/22/2005 - India Complains to WTO about H-1B quotas
7/21/2005 - On the Air With George Putnam
7/18/2005 - Will Bush Singh India's Tune?
7/13/2005 - North Carolina - the next CAFTA battleground
7/13/2005 - Job Ad for TN Visa Holders Only
7/12/2005 - 12 Articles Worth Reading
7/12/2005 - video about worldwide unemployment

If you haven't received one of two of these don't worry about it, email
isn't foolproof and sometimes errors occur. If you haven't been getting
the Job Destruction Newsletter lately it might be because your ISP has
blocked my primary email server at: Client host [216.119.106.172].

IP addresses get on spam lists for many reasons. Sometimes it's just
the stupidity of the company that compiles the spam lists.
Unfortunately there is another reason this happens and it's nothing
less than electronic warfare. Those who don't like the message
sometimes conspire to deliberately sabotoge websites by putting their
email on spam lists.

I cannot possibly arbitrate these disputes with every ISP because I
don't have a staff of people to help with this. I must leave it up to
each individual to protest their rights to receive this newsletter.
Whatever is going on is an attack on the right to free speech. Usually
all you have to do is to call or email your ISP and request that the
zazona.com domain or the IP address be unblocked or taken off the
_spam_ list.

I am temporarily sending this using a different email server in the
hopes that those of you that have been blocked receive this message.

*** These ISPs are taking your rights away by censoring this
newsletter. Did they ask you for permission before they started
blocking it?

excite.com ------- 554 Service unavailable; blocked using
blackholes.excite.com
att.net --------- 550 Blocked for abuse
worldnet.att.net-- 550 Blocked for abuse.
insightbb.com --- 550 Blocked for abuse
myway.com ------- 554 Service unavailable blocked using
blackholes.myway.com
mchsi.com ------- 550 Blocked for abuse

Comment about ATT - I have had problems with ATT many times in the
past, and I have requested that they stop blocking my newsletters.
Apparently they don't care to correct the problem on my request.
Perhaps if paying customers complained they would care. I am not sure
why ATT seems to be the worst offender because many other companies
have also moved their tech support to India.
